The room was nicely furnished and a decent size, complete with free WIFI, a fridge, and extra pillows. The setting was excellent, just next door to Tanforan mall, and the airport, with a chain Mexican restaurant nearby.

The room was clean and well-maintained. The location was close to the airport car rental return, which was convenient for us. The gas station nearby had reasonable prices. The staff was helpful in resolving a booking issue. Despite some drawbacks, I would recommend this hotel overall.

While there were a few drawbacks, such as the lack of hot water in the bathroom sink and no Kleenex or clock radio provided, these were minor inconveniences that did not significantly impact our stay. We also found it slightly inconvenient that there were no instructions or keywords to access the free wifi, but considering the overall experience, it was not a major issue.

The location of this hotel is great, with an IHOP restaurant nearby and San Bruno downtown just a short walk away. Additionally, it is conveniently located near the airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with facilities such as a fridge and microwave available. The staff provide helpful and friendly service, and there is a bus stop just 100 yards away with excellent connections into the city. it provides a good value for the money.

The bathroom could use an upgrade as it appears run down.

We had a fantastic stay at the Ritz Inn! The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed, including a small refrigerator and microwave. The motel had a charming mid-century vibe and was well-maintained. It was a great budget option outside of San Francisco, and the Uber ride to the airport was cheap and convenient.

We felt truly looked after during our stay and have no complaints.
